About

Hi! I’m Maz, Marion Ferguson McNulty, and I’m the founder of ConsultWithMaz. My journey began when I left Australia for New York’s vibrant tech scene, hungry to immerse myself in the city’s innovative media and startup world. My first role at an SEO startup opened the door to AdTech, leading to an opportunity that would shape my career – joining a cutting-edge programmatic startup as their 8th employee and first female hire across North America. That company has since grown to over 1,000 people globally.

After five years in NYC working alongside some of the industry’s brightest minds and partnering with the biggest brands (Unilever, American Express, Royal Caribbean, NewsCorp to name a few), I was chosen to help spearhead the company’s expansion into ANZ, bringing me back home. This unique experience – from early-stage growth to large-scale success – deepened my understanding of what drives digital excellence and inspired my next chapter.

Today, while running ConsultWithMaz, I’ve also been building my own mobile app and continue to study computer programming to stay at the forefront of the tech marketplace. All of this while embarking on my most rewarding journey yet: becoming a mother to my beautiful son.
